Ofer is the Co-Founder and Principal of Ailanthus, a housing development platform dedicated to addressing the housing crisis through thoughtful, collaborative public–private partnerships. He is also the Founder and Chairman of TerraCRG, Brooklyn’s leading investment sales and advisory firm. Drawing on his deep transactional expertise and extensive network, Ofer is expanding the Ailanthus platform and plays a pivotal role in structuring and closing complex site control transactions and partnership deals with execution and capital partners.

 For over two decades, Ofer has been deeply engaged in Brooklyn’s dynamic real estate market and the civic institutions that support it. He has been at the forefront of Brooklyn’s transformation, serving as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest institutions and establishing himself as a true market leader. Ofer currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Brooklyn Navy Yard and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, and he recently completed his tenure as Board Chair of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership.
