Our team is currently working to rezone an underutilized block along Hoyt Street in Gowanus into a mixed-income project that would create 400 units of housing—approximately 100 of them permanently affordable—along with nearly

5,900 square feet of neighborhood-scale retail, 40,000 square feet of community facility space, and approximately 14,000 of Gowanus Mixed Use space (i.e. light manufacturing).
