Herkimer-Williams: Phase 1

Our team secured City Council approval for a large-scale rezoning around Broadway Junction, unlocking the potential of one of New York City’s most significant transit hubs as a more connected and economically vibrant business district. Anchored by 100% affordable housing, the development will also deliver jobs, community space, and public improvements shaped through an extensive community engagement process.

The first phase includes 245 units of 100% affordable housing, a Green Economy Institute to support local entrepreneurs and job seekers, and new publicly-accessible open space.
