Our 474,000-square-foot development at 1057 Atlantic Avenue brings 456 new residential units to Bedford-Stuyvesant, including 137 permanently affordable homes—expanding the neighborhood’s affordable housing supply by more than 50% since 2014. The project delivers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences alongside ground floor retail space.
Our team assembled and acquired the site parcels, worked with the local council member and community groups to usher the project through a rezoning process, then successfully recapitalized the development with top tier partners. Construction was completed at the end of 2025.
